With panoramic views over the valley and an interior that is sophisticated yet relaxing, this Villa is spacious, stylish and very comfy.

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region. Villa Oleandro is situated in a private Golf resort (Benalup Resort) which hosts a 18 hole golf course and a 5* hotel with very good gastronomy and a fantastic Spa. In addition, our multi-language Service office is situated directely at the resort, so you have a contact partner for all your needs in situ.

The layout of the villa is very generous and the light colours and high ceilings provide a relaxing feel of ampleness. Entering the villa you step into a reception hall with guest toilet, from here the kitchen and living area is to the left, while the bedrooms are situated to the right and above. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped and open towards the dining and living area. The living area with high, open plan timber ceilings, modern arquitecture, white walls and light-coloured marble floor create a delightful holiday feeling; the flat screen satelite TV, closed fire place and mosquito nets in the doors provide total comfort. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, the third bedroom is situated a few steps up, towards the front with nice views over la Janda valley and the forth bedroom is situated on the first floor. They are spacious and pleasant. All bedrooms provide private bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and curtains that block out the daylight. Two ground floor bedrooms also offer terrace acces and mosquito frames in the doors. The first floor bedroom offers a private balcony. In addition, this room captivates with satelite TV and a beautiful white, open plan timber ceiling. The distribution provides a maximum of privacy to each bedroom.

In the basement you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The exterior is for everyone to enjoy: The spacious, roofed terrace offers a dining table with BBQ, a terrace with chill out furniture to enjoy the evenings, a ping-pong table for the younger guests, a very spacious private pool; everything set into a nice garden, which -directely merging into the “La Janda Valley”- seems infinite.

This is a top quality and thoroughly modern home for perfect holidays.

The villa is situated in the Urbanization Las Lagunas, directly before entering the closed off resort
