At the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you will find this beautifully renovated & fully modernized 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Shadow Ridge condo in Park City. This elegant and welcoming property has many great features including two (2) complete master bedroom suites, spacious gourmet kitchen, beautiful finishes & fixtures, 3 HDTV’s, steam shower & a shared resort pool, hot tub, sauna & underground parking.

Once you enter this property, you will feel as though you have arrived at your vacation home. The family living room is comfortable in it’s design and layout. It offers seating for your entire family with a large L-shaped sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, 50” HDTV with a Blu-ray DVD player and western mountain decor. The living room also features a laptop / desk nook and access to the private balcony. If you are considering a vacation to Park City this winter ski season or to visit for the Sundance Film Festival, this is certainly the destination for you!

This property has been completed renovated and that too extends to the new gourmet kitchen. The new Chef’s kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood cabinetry, granite counter tops and slate tile flooring. The full range of stainless steel appliances include a French-door fridge, stove / oven, microwave, wine fridge and dishwasher. It opens up to the living area, which makes it perfect for entertaining family and friends. A complete array of small appliances, cookware, corning ware and flatware are also available, making it welcoming to Guests who like to cook, entertain and relax during their Park City vacation. A western breakfast counter / bar offers seating for four (4) Guests on high-top chairs.

This luxury property features 2 large master bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms. The first (1) master bedroom features a king-size bed with high quality linens and bedding, ornate hardwood bedframe & headboard, a sitting / reading area, large wardrobe, a brand new 50" smart HDTV and walk-in closet.

The first master bathroom, like the rest of the condo, has been fully modernized with granite countertops, a large glass encased steam shower and new hardwood cabinetry.

The second (2) master suite features a queen size bed with high quality linens and bedding, large hardwood bed frame with headboard, brand-new entertainment center with a 40" smart HDTV and XBOX 360 with games and controllers, new bedroom dresser, sitting area and private bathroom. Unique to this bedroom is the oversized bedroom closet and private balcony, which allows lots of natural light to enter the room.

The second master bathroom is also fully remodeled & striking in décor and design. It is properly equipped with a soaker tub and shower, granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures and new lighting finishes.

The third (3) full bathroom is exceptionally convenient, especially if you have a larger group or Guests visiting. It allows for your privacy and features similar upgrades/features to the other bathrooms.

“nice mountain place”

good place. only about 5 minute walk to the main part where ski school is. 15 minutes in good weather to local stores. longer to the quaint old town area. quite place. somewhat dark but we were busy all day skiing. 'big' furniture makes it seem crowded. kids loved the xbox. location address for maps and taxi and uber was always difficult to do because entrance is not on the mailing address. so most drivers would go around the block at least once to find it.

“Great Location, Great Place”

My title sums up my review. The location of this unit is great. It is right accross from the lifts (short walk). And the unit was very nicly appointed. We had good involvement from service company prior to arrival. During my trip therw was an issue and again they were right out to correct. I shall plan to stay in this location again.
