Lagos 37 is part of a fantastic group of five private and independent Villas, located on the top of the complex "Los Lagos", where we must highlight its spectacular and privileged views over the golf course, the mountain or the sea.

 

Guests have access to 2 wonderful community pools; One of them is only shared with these 5 Villas.

 

• What can we find in Los Lagos 37?

 

This beautiful luxury private villa has comfortable equipment and a unique style. It has three large bedrooms, two on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, and another on the ground floor with a double bed, all of them with their own bathroom with bathtub. 

 

This private villa has a bright and modern living room with spectacular views. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The whole villa is equipped to detail with satellite TV plasma screen, DVD, air conditioning, safes, barbecue and other useful, everything so that you feel as comfortable as in your own home.

 

Outside there is a private garden with comfortable loungers and a cozy covered terrace with dining area. In addition this is one of the five villas (Lagos from 36 to number 40) that enjoy the exclusive swimming pool integrated between the rocky mountains, with solarium around, from which to enjoy stunning views of the sea. Also for our greatest delight It is heated during the pleasant Canary winter (months of November to April)

The services that are included in the price for this holiday villa in Gran Canaria are:

 

The welcome and delivery of keys by our staff until 8.00 pm.

 

Our clients will receive an exclusive "Welcome Pack" with basic products to spend the first day at the villa. They will have our special delivery service of fresh rolls (delivered early in the morning in your villa).

 

A complete weekly cleaning will be carried out (from 7 nights) with change of sheets and towels for stays longer than 1 week. 

 

This villa has a free crib and high chair service for children under two years of age. Please inform us when making your reservation, since the cot and high chair are only available upon request.
