“It is quiet central to everything.”

It could do with a more hanging space in bathroom e.g. for towels. The doors need attention e.g. doors won't open. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Response from the owner Unfortunately this is an inaccurate and unfair review.As for all guests they are asked to let us know if there is a problem or if they need something.The only time we heard from a Mark was when he demanded money as compensation for a problem with the water heater.He was paid compensation despite our maintenance man being on the spot straight away and ordering a new part.He is completely wrong regarding the photos and descriptions.There are two villas at Frangipani-Frangipani villa and Frangipani villa 2 and both villa descriptions and photos are 100% accurate.The villa kitchen and living area are open and can be difficult to cool during the summer months.We take on board the fan situation and will look at installing overhead fans in the villa.No-one has ever complained about the bedding in the villa and all Mark had to do was ask and we could’ve made the bedding more comfortable for him.

How do damage deposits work?

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
