The main body of the villa contains 5 suites each of which fully equipped with the most modern comforts and styled in respect of the architectural characteristics of the building with the traditional arches painted in various shades of warm colours.

The Arolella Suite: with an independent entrance and made up of 2 bedrooms (twin / double), living room, large bathroom with shower, and terrace containing table, chairs, sun beds and gazebo (sleeps 5 max.).

The Sammontano Suite: double access – from the garden and through the building, situated opposite the Jacuzzi pool and made up of 1 bedroom (double o twin), living room, bathroom with shower cubicle (sleeps 2 max). Small panoramic terrace.

The San Filippo Suite: made up of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom (double o twin) on a raised, open loft under the traditionally painted arches (sleeps 3 max.)

The San Francesco Suite: made up of a large sitting room with two beds, and a living area with floor to ceiling panoramic windows overlooking Capri, a large bathroom with shower cubicle, a bedroom (double o twin) on a raised loft under the traditionally painted arches (sleeps 4 max). Terrace of 40 sqm with the same view overlooking Capri and complete with elegant garden furniture; a spiral staircase leads to a solarium equipped with a shower and sun beds.

From the main block a shady path leads to the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and flowers. This area of the park has a wonderful view and features a porch built out of tuff stone and decorated in ancient Vietrese tiles covering a wooden oven and a barbecue area and an eating area with tables and chairs. There is also a professional cooker that the guests can use.

Behind the swimming pool there is a large dining area, elegantly furnished with a mix of the ancient and the modern and designed for lunch or other meals. Inside, the dining room is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and where breakfast will be served every morning (2 hours a day).

In its entirety the villa sleep 14 – 15 people. Extra beds can be prepared on request.

All the suites have autonomous heating and air-conditioning.

There is vehicle access to the villa and a parking area inside the grounds. However the road is narrow and vehicle width must not be over 170cm (small utility cars).

Inside the grounds there is ample parking space but guests have the use of a shuttle service to accompany them to the centre of Massalubrense, which, however, is within easy walking distance (10 minute walk).
