Brand spanking newly offered, cute as a button, short term rental smack dab in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara steps to the western entrance of the Paseo Nuevo Outdoor Mall on State Street. Fresh as a daisy (or red geranium), Fresh paint, Fresh linens, cozy wood floors, fancy formal dining room, sun filled eat in kitchen, people watching porches, sky high ceilings, fido fenced yards, laundry, completely furnished all the way downnnnn to the dog beds.

I have owned this property for over 20 years and recently converted it from a long term rental to short term. The location simply can't be beat! I have decorated with vintage finds from far and wide and continue to do so, Caza de Coco is my baby. I will meet you at the property when you arrive and offer as many suggestions (food, shopping, wine, music, fun) as you are open to. I have lived in this fair city for over 30 years and if I didn't sell real estate, I would probably work for the Chamber of Commerce! I love this city and you will too!

Response from the owner Beth: Yikes, I SO wish you had said something while you were here! That makes me sad. I spoke to Barry at the Brake and Motor Shop today after I read your review. He was bummed. He said all you had to do was say something. Tom sometimes comes in early over there to do paperwork and gets carried away. Barry said it was really unfortunate because Tom didn't even realize he was bothering you. If he had known he would have kept quiet, certainly until a more reasonable hour. Again, I am so sorry, you and I texted every day and had you mentioned this, it would never have been an issue. They are my friends, really nice guys, and truly meant no harm -just plainly oblivious.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mercedes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
