Description

This home is located in a beautiful community on the city's Northwest side of town. We have a two car garage, can accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway and street parking is permissible. Sea World of San Antonio is just 4 miles away and quick access to Highway 151 via Westover Hills will get you downtown or to Lackland AFB with ease!

Sleeping Accommodations: this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful Queen size bed. One of the guest rooms also has a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed set with a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another twin size trundle underneath. If you would like, you can bring in your own air mattresses; the Family Room is large enough to rearrange the furniture and easily fit a couple of air mattresses.

Although we have a 8 guest maximum, for these accommodations to work best, we recommend 6 adults maximum, and the remaining spaces to be children.

Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

When you rent my vacation home, you are not left without a local resource. My guest service does not stop after receipt of your payment. I will meet you at my home to give you a tour, demonstrate the usage of any amenity and/or device you may need assistance with and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, I will show you around on a very handy map to point out nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, and other attractions and areas of interest. It doesn't stop there either! I am available via phone, text or email in case you should have any questions regarding my home or San Antonio!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
