Description

Located in the heart of the Emerald coast in Florida, our spacious 900 sq ft condo features amenities such as full kitchen with appliances and utensils, washer and dryer onsite, balcony with great pool and garden views. Just steps away from one of the prettiest beaches in Florida, famous for the white sandy beaches, awesome weather and crystal clear blue water. Hence the nickname of Emerald Coast.

Our unit is in pristine condition and professionally decorated, the kind of place that makes you feel happy and welcome away from home!

It is conveniently located right next to Henderson Beach State Park, minutes away from grocery shopping, restaurants and activities and endless fun for both kids and adults! Please see our main photo so you have an idea of the location of our complex, 99% of our guests found the location amazing and didn't mind to walk less than 3 minutes to access our private beach and beach club and second pool.

Minimum staying after April is 4 nights.

We had a great time in Destin. The Sterling Shores is a great place, nice people, very easy to get to the beach. View as incredible. We would most certainly return here next time we visit Destin.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sergio (the owner) a message.

If Sergio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
