As part of a territory valorization project, S'Arrexina recalls the traditional features of Sardinian stazzi (a typical rural house of northern Sardinia), combining them with modern and refined elements. The house, of recent construction, is developed on 55 square metres and has one cosy double bedroom, one spacious bathroom and a luminous living room with kitchenette.
Outside, the sunlit porch and the spacious garden allow S'Arrexinas guests to enjoy the calm and the typical scent of this enchanting spot of Sardinia.

“Peace and quiet”
The house is in a remote location so need a car. Location was great, very quiet,apart from local train passing 50 meters away(great entertainment for the kids), which was not an issue because we were spending most of our time away at the beech. Wi-fi working. Kitchen equipped, local supermarket 5 min away by car. Bed was very comfortable, and sofa bed in living room also very comfortable. I loved the peace and quiet most of all. through 4 days we stayed there I only saw one car driving past to the house near by.
