Houses up to 28 guests, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax! Perfect for large family or friend reunions! Walk across the street to the beach, or relax in the sun barbecuing on the back deck, this is the home for your perfect beach vacation. Located less than a block from the beautiful beaches of Destin. Within walking distance of Destin Commons for premier outlet shopping, featuring over 75 shops and restaurants. Very easy to bike or walk anywhere you need to go. Safe beach community with over 6 miles of trails nearby, perfect for biking, jogging or walking at any time of day. With over 3500 Sq Feet of spacious living area, there is plenty of room for large family reunions or multiple families to vacation together.1st Floor has a fully equipped Kitchen, with wide open living room and one King Bedroom with Full Bath.The 2nd Floor Expansive Master Bedroom Suite has access to an incredible balcony, with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. A giant jacuzzi tub and shower fill the Master Bathroom, with a sitting area that includes a Sleeper SofaThere is an additional King Room on the 2nd Floor that shares a bathroom with a Cozy bunk room, perfect for the children.Another Two Bunks with Four Double Beds align the walls of a separate Living area with a full bathroom, ideal for the Kids to hang out and play games, as the adults convene downstairs. The Guest House has two separate Apartments. On the 1st floor is one King Bedroom and one Queen Bedroom. The 2nd floor has one King room and an attached living room with a sleeper sofa. Both floors have full bathrooms and a kitchenette. Outside is the large backyard with private pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, umbrella covered area and plenty of loungers. Driveway accommodates at least 7 vehicles, or can easily house your boat or RV. Pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a nominal fee.
