Beautiful Cottage with Courtyard in the charming historic district of Downtown Brunswick, Ga. just minutes from the beaches and golf courses of Jekyll and St. Simon's Islands. Quiet tree-lined street of beautiful big homes - just two blocks from charming restaurants and antique stores.

The Cottage is new construction and features 1000+ sq ft of open living space. The bottom floor has a living room with two couches (one sleeper) and flat screen TV (w/DirectTV) and DVD player. A fully outfitted kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, full size refrigerator and a high top dining table. A lovely shower and pedestal sink with antique dresser is featured in the large bathroom along with a stacked washer/dryer. Walk upstairs to the sleeping loft to find a king size bed along with a beautiful carved wood daybed. The finest in furnishings and linens, and all modern conveniences (Central Heating/Air; Washer/Dryer; WiFi).French glass doors open to beautiful courtyard with bubbling fountain under the shade of massive live oak and magnolia trees. Custom brick fire/grill and wrought iron dining table also featured.

The cottage was excellent and very comfortable. Golfed 4 of 5 days, what more can one ask? Close to very good restaurants and very easy to get to all parts of the Golden Isles.
