The home is the perfect place for a vacation and is simply stunning, with a luxurious interior design that is understated elegance, with a contemporary flair any plenty of unique designer touches that you would expect of a home of this standard.

As you enter our home you cannot fail to be impressed as the vaulted ceiling in the entrance hall bathes the home in light, creating a glorious welcome to your vacation. The hall leads in to the beautiful open plan design of the ground floor setting the stunning style for the entire home.

The Living Area has a subtle calm colour palette and there is plenty of comfortable seating available with a large sweeping sectional unit that includes a chaise lounge. There is a large flat screen television and views out to the pool deck making this the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day exploring Florida’s many attractions.

The Kitchen is high end and fully equipped to whip up everything from a light lunch or a full family evening meal. There is also a 4 seat breakfast bar that is ideal for quick casual snacks.

The Dining Area is perfect for more formal dining, with its elegant styling, and is where you can enjoy delicious home cooked meals, while planning the next day’s events.

The Entertainment Loft upstairs is a lovely elegant area that includes a Pool Table, a Large Flat Screen Television and ample comfortable seating. This is a great place to spend time relaxing or even watching a ball game when it clashes with a family movie.

The Games Room in the home includes Air Hockey, Table Football and ‘Hoop’s game for the most competitive of the party plus seating for the spectators.

The Outside has a large pool area, where you can sample the delights of Alfresco Dining or simply enjoy the wonderful pool and spa with its unspoilt view at the rear. As Florida is all about outdoor Living this is certainly the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, swim, read and be enchanted by this magnificent home.

Social Membership Benefits

The owners of this home are social members which gives their guest’s access to the Waterpark, Golf and the Tennis Academy.

The renters in each home are entitled to 42 Days Social Membership per year which means we allocate these to each renter depending upon the number of days booked.

Bookings of less than 7 days are not entitled to any allocation.

Bookings of 7 days are entitled to 1 day Social Membership
