Description

Located in the center of town, Felicia's Flat is within easy walking distance of tourist attractions such as museums, Parliament, harbour, art galleries, shops and restaurants. 100 meters from Hallgrimskirkja.

The apartment accommodates comfortably four persons and comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining and living-room, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom windows have dark blinds. There is a Wi-Fi, DVD and smart TV with many foreign stations, netflix and internet browser. Guesthouse apartment with all facilities.

During the summer, we can arrange horse rides at our nearby farm.

Enjoyable stay in Reykjavik close to the shopping and nightlife of Reykjavik city centrum. Parking available in our private parking.

Interaction with guest

The entrance to the flat, is the door on the right, at the front of the house. Once at the house, go up the stone steps, press the bell on the left hand door, marked with my name, I live in the flat above. I could also be working at the clinic in the garden. If I am not home when you arrive or you come very early or late, we will have a key in the key box. Open the right door with the larger key and inside go through the right door again( if locked use the smaller key). If you get trouble then ring my door bell or the lower bell at the back stairs....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gudbjorg (the owner) a message.

If Gudbjorg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
