Excellent apartment, fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable.

Central location, 3 blocks to Alameda (main street of Santiago). Some near points:

- crossing the street is Toesca Subway Station,

- a few blocks to Civic Center,

- 4 blocks to universitary neighborhood,

- in front of Military Geographical Institute,

- one side of Cousiño Palace Park,

- 3 blocks to Diego de Almagro Park

- 5 blocks to Parque O'Higgins

- 5 blocks to Entel Tower

- One side of Supermarket Líder Express.

Internet access (wi-fi) is included.

Picking up at the airport, bringing to the apartment, and showing the city is a service that we can offer as well.

Warning: in order to be clear, to avoid further misunderstanding, this is not a hotel, is an apartment, that's why it won't have breakfast, nor room service, nor diary cleaning.

Excelente departamento, totalmente amoblado, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, en suite.

Ubicación céntrica, a 3 cuadras de la Alameda (principal arteria de Santiago). Algunos puntos cercanos:

Getting around

The best way to move in the city is the Metro, and we have a station just crossing the street (Toesca station). From there, it's possible to go to almost anywhere in the city, especially the most important POIs, civic center, eastern area, etc. In the other hand, there are several buses that pass near of the apartment.

Interaction with guest

Guests can contact me anytime they want, and depending on situation and time, I'll try to get there asap. Or even contact me to ask anything, and I'll try to answer as accurate and soon as possible. Depending on time of arrival, keys will be delivered from me presencially, or leave at the lobby.

House rules

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Therefore:
- the apartment is delivered clean, but we don't do cleaning after arrivals, so you must do it yourself if you want it clean.
- sheets, towels, soaps and higenic paper are left in the apartment only to start the stay. After that, you can wash sheets an towels if you want, and you can buy soap or paper if you need more.

Attention: Currently swimming pool is under maintainance, and therefore is not operative right now.

“Cómodo y cerca de todo”

Departamento ideal para matrimonio con dos hijos, como en nuestro caso. Tenía todo nuevo y lo más destacable es la comodidad de las camas, lo cual se agradece para un buen descanso después de un día recorriendo Santiago Centro. El departamento tiene muy buena ubicación, justo al lado de una estación de metro y está al lado de un supermercado, los cuales utilizamos casi todos los días. El dueño tiene un trato amable, y a pesar de que llegamos muy tarde, nos dio todas las facilidades para atendernos a la hora de llegada. Respondió a todas nuestras solicitudes y preguntas. Lugar muy limpio. Mis hijos estaban fascinados con la piscina que había en el edificio.

How do damage deposits work?
