Description
Perfectly located on Calle Chorro, one of San Miguel's most historic streets, CASAS MAXIM consists of 3 separate and individual Casas: two 1-bedroom homes (the House and the Loft), and one 2-bedrooom home (the Penthouse), all separated by private gardens and terraces. Each Casa has its own character, more fully described below, and is independently functional with true king size beds, imported linens, full kitchens and private baths. Every home has an iPod docking station, flat screen TV and an individual security system; the entire property is serviced by a purified water system, WiFi, and cable. The full time staff includes maid, gardener and handyman. Meals and other services are available on request.
THE PENTHOUSE
Large and modern, the Penthouse is a light-filled, soaring space: living room with fireplace, huge skylights, contemporary stone fireplace, travertine floors, dining room, full kitchen and half bath on the first floor, 2 complete bedroom suites above, each with the privacy of its own floor, king bed and full bath. The Penthouse is filled with original art, antiques, and eclectic furnishings creating a unique and very comfortable environment. Its private roof terrace with magnificent views of town and countryside completes this amazing residence.
Guests are met upon arrival and introduced to the property and their new home; staff is on premises daily and we are immediately available to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arise..
