BEERSHEBA AWARD WINNER! This Ocean Grove 2 family is a pristine Victorian beach home erected in 1879 that has been completely reconstructed with modern amenities in 2012 including central HVAC, hardwood floors and beautiful granite counter tops. The COTTAGE has 1 bedroom and 1 bath and sleeps 2. The 3BR Main house and the cottage are rented separately.

The house is located on a lovely corner lot in the desirable south end of town; two blocks from Main Street shops/sidewalk cafés and seven short blocks to the beach. It offers quiet surroundings, street parking, and an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. The home has been decorated in soothing colors to create an ambiance of relaxation and whimsy. Plan a romantic getaway for 2 in the cottage, 6 in the Main House or make it a fun family vacation for up to 8 guests in both homes!
