Description
Sunny House is a bright apartment situated in the heart of Aranova, a small town in the area of Fiumicino, in the region of Rome.
It is composed of a wide living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, a pretty bedroom, a bathroom and a wonderful and sunny terrace equipped with some comfortable sofas, a wooden table with chairs.
The apartment offers all comforts to let our guests feel like their own home. Actually, it is equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, internet wifi, air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room and centralized heating system.
There is also a free parking area.
Maccarese and Marina di San Nicola's beaches are very close (10 minutes by car) as well as Bambino Gesù Palidoro Hospital. It takes about 20 minutes by car and 25 minutes by train to reach the city centre of Rome.
We would like to inform you that there is a € 20,00 supplement for late check-in (after 8pm).

Sunny House è un luminosissimo appartamento situato nel cuore di Aranova, una frazione del Comune di Fiumicino, in provincia di Roma.
E' composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto matrimoniale, una deliziosa camera da letto, un bagno e una bellissima e assolata terrazza attrezzata con dei comodi divanetti e tavolo e sedie.
Offre tutti i comfort per far sentire a proprio agio i nostri ospiti. E' dotato infatti di lavatrice, forno a microonde, connessione ad internet wifi, aria condizionata in camera e in soggiorno e riscaldamento autonomo.
L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di posto auto.
L'ospedale Bambin Gesù di Palidoro dista meno 10 minuti d'auto così come la spiaggia di Maccarese e di San Nicola. Il centro di Roma è raggiungibile in auto in circa 20 minuti, e in treno in circa 25 minuti dalla stazione di Palidoro.
Vi informiamo che per arrivi dopo le ore 20,00 è richiesto un supplemento di € 20,00 da pagare in contanti all'arrivo.
