Spring Mountain Benefit Corp. is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Any contributions above fair market value for your stay at Spring Mountain Villa are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. Spring Mountain Benefit Corp. is a public charity in place to help local people in Jamaica.

Set high on a mountain, Spring Mountain Villa gives you privacy, a breathtaking view and a vacation like no other. Green Isle is a Jamaican town just miles from the white sand beaches and cliff side restaurants of world famous Negril. Your host Marvia lives right next door and will provide a genuine Jamaican vacation tailored to your taste! She is available to cook (Marvia is a great chef), guide and transport you to the many activities available locally. The entire 3 acre compound is fenced and the enclosure contains the two villas, many native fruit trees (mango, papaya, banana, coconut), and a vegetable garden. For a modest fee, you can go deep sea fishing, river fishing, go horseback riding, visit the bird sanctuary and even hike to the falls. The Negril beach, just 30 minutes away by car, is a seven mile crescent ringed with bars, restaurants and water activities.

How do damage deposits work?

If Megan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
