5 TANNERY BRAE is a ground floor, one bedroom self catering apartment situated in a conservation area within the town of Gatehouse of Fleet, considered to be one of the most beautiful towns in Dumfries and Galloway. The apartment is centrally situated and convenient for all the usual amenities of shops, post office, tea rooms/restaurants, inns/hotels. The apartment has its own private parking to the front, with a gravelled garden area to the rear backing onto Garries Wood

The entrance porch leads into the lounge and dining kitchen. The bedroom, with king size bed and en-suite shower room, is accessed from the lounge, towels are provided. TV/DVD player, CD player with ipod/ipad dock. Free wi fi available

Kitchen has a good range of pine units incorporating an electric oven/grill, fridge with freezer box. Dining area with oak table and 2 comfortable dining chairs

Lovely well equipped cottage in a central location next to amenities but in a quiet corner set well back from road. Accessibility good with one step up into ground floor property. Spacious low line shower. Shower wall takes suction grab handles. Friendly, helpful hosts who call in once to say hello, but can contact them if need to. Highly recommended.

“One of the most comfortable we've stayed in”

Gatehouse is a lovely quiet village in very beautiful countryside. The whole area of Dumfries and Galloway is quiet, and yet there is a lot to do. The apartment is plenty big enough for two, well-equipped and comfortable. At the back is a wooded area and we were entertained by a variety of birds visiting the feeder , and a red squirrel! Would love to visit again.

How do damage deposits work?
