Description

Spacious cape-style house with beautiful fenced-in yard and in-ground pool!!! The whole family will appreciate the indoor and outdoor space. Custom modern kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and lots of sleeping space. Two bedrooms on first floor: one is a double bedroom, consisting of two rooms (the second of which leads to an outdoor deck with build-in benches), and a double bed; the second bedroom has bunk beds. Two additional bedrooms on second floor: whimsical master suite with king-sized bed and 4th bedroom with queen-sized bed. Full bathroom on first floor with washer and dryer, plus additional full bathroom on second floor (en-suite to master bedroom, but can alternately be used as a family bathroom). Covered breezeway connects main house to two-car garage with a loft-like guest suite on second floor, which includes queen-sized bed, sitting area, kitchenette (no oven/stone) and a third bathroom. Nearly half acre of fenced yard includes multi-level decks and patios, a fun free-form in-ground pool and outdoor shower. A few short blocks from the ocean and 15 minute walk (1/3 mile) to nearby Englewood Beach (great for the kids!). Approximately 1 mile to well-known Seagull Beach, 2 miles to downtown Hyannis, as well as to ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard. The area in which home is located is full of cottages and has the perfect beach-like vibe one seeks out in Cape Cod. Oliver's Cottage is a summer delight! In addition to rental fee indicated in "Rates" section of this listing, renters are responsible for $250 cleaning & linen fee, $99 renters' accidental damage insurance premium & Trip Advisor or Flip Key's booking fee. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are included in rental.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
