A perfect getaway for family and friends.
The Villa is a modern laterite stone structure with sloping roof, typical of houses in coastal Konkan. It is located in Naringre Village , Taluka Devgad , District Sindhudurg of Maharashtra State in India. The Villa is in the midst of an 4 acre Orchard having world famous Devgad Alphonso Mango , Cashew-nut, Coconut , Betelnut , Jackfruit and other seasonal fruit trees.
Village Nirvana is located in a serene village environment not far away from the congested tourist places.It is only 10 to 60 minutes away from most of the tourist attractions in Sindhudurg district. Tourist places like Malwan , Tarkarli, Devbag , Mithbav-Tambaldeg, Devgad, Vijaydurg, Kunkeshwar. Aangnewadi, Kotkamte, Achara, Sindhudurg fort , etc. are within the aforesaid travelling time. By staying in Village Nirvana , Guests can enjoy the best of both : Stay away from crowded places ,traffic jams and congested localities , and yet reach most of the tourist attractions in reasonable travel time .

WOW FACTOR : In addition to the offerings around the Villa , Guests can plan a picnic to Village Nirvana's own property at Tambaldeg beach which is just 8 kilometers from the Villa. Here you can go for a swim in the shallow waters of the Annapurna river , which flows along side the property. Watch the fishing boats unloading the fresh catch at the nearby jetty. Enjoy a boat ride in the backwaters and alight at the confluence where Annapurna river meets the Arabian sea. Go for a stroll on the secluded Mithbav-Tambaldeg beach. Visit the Gajbadevi temple on top of a cliff for a mesmerising view of the Mithbav-Tambaldeg beach. Presently , the area is so secluded , that you may think the nature's bounty exists only for you.
Village Nirvana satisfies the travel needs of All. The serene environment of the village life,for those who want to just relax and laze in and around the lush green property. Senior citizens can walk in the property or sit in the pollution free open area. Children can play in natural habitat. They can watch the dogs chasing the monkeys, squirrels playing hide and seek , cows and buffaloes grazing . Bird lovers can watch colorful birds and butterflies without the need for an binocular .Those interested in farming can take part in tilling, planting and harvesting activities or plucking of fruits in the orchard. Fish eaters can catch their own fish for meals.
