This is one of the largest and best finished Laguna Villa homes that has a magnificent view overlooking the 5th fairway on Laguna Golf Course, just minutes from the beach and top resorts of the area. We have recently completely renovated all bathrooms. There is now a small 5th bedroom with ensuite.

This spacious and detached villa is built in a classic design, and features authentic Thai paintings combined with comfortable wood styled furniture, terracotta tiles, a crystal clear 15 metre private pool and is surrounded by beautiful lush tropical gardens. The property sits on a private cul de sac road with no homes at either the front or rear.

The front door from the landscaped covered atrium leads into the main living area giving access to the large open plan living/ dining area / kitchen area, all with pool, golf course and garden views. The main sleeping quarters are accessed via the indoor staircase.

To the far right the kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate adjoining utility area and additional servants quarters (unused). The laundry is complete with a large front loader machine and drier. The dining area overlooks the pool and the garden through ceiling to floor windows and has a wooden table and comfortable chairs for a party of 8. The living room windows/sliding doors are also large and enhance the spacious feeling of the home and provide stunning views over the pool and the expanse of the golf course.

A large patio leads out onto the pool with outdoor dining table and chairs for 8 and there is also a shady "sala" for outdoor relaxing and casual entertaining. 4 sun beds are also located at the poolside are available for sun seekers, or for relaxing under the umbrellas.

To the left of the main entrance is a additional double bedroom with en-suite. Also in this area is a fully equipped office including screen, printer and wireless internet with views of the pool and golf course.

This house has in total four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The Master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with Jacuzzi, fitted wardrobes and balcony overlooking the pool and golf course is at the top of the stairs. 2 bedrooms are at the end of the gallery hallway that overlooks the sitting room below. 1 bedroom has a queen and the other has 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with separate walk-in wardrobes.

For additional fun this home is equipped with a table tennis table for undercover outside entertainment.

This home is characterized by modern design incorporating modern convenience with Thai charm and attention to detail. Asian hardwood, terracotta and granite combine together with tasteful furniture make this fully air-conditioned and tranquil home ideal for the discerning holidaymaker.

This Laguna Villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Laguna Phuket Resort, Asia "s first integrated 5* hotel complex. It is also less than 5 mins from the entertainment area of Bang Tao beach, which features many restaurants and traditional Thai massage.

Note that the pool is NOT fenced and parent supervision of small children is required.

There is a free shuttle that runs on a regular basis that will take you to all places within the large Laguna Resort locale. If you want to go further afield, taxi's are plentiful and economical.

Had a great stay in this fantastic, spacious and well equipped house with a good sized swimming pool and garden. A couple of very minor issues were dealt with extremely promptly by Kung and the team who were very attentive and provided immediate response. Overall this place gets a huge 5 star rating from my family and myself.
