Immerso nel verde dello splendido ed esclusivo Comprensorio di Capo d'Arco direttamente sul mare l'appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è dotato di camera matrimoniale, soggiorno con mobile letto matrimoniale estraibile angolo cottura, bagno ed un bellissimo spazio verandato attrezzato con tavolo e sedie nell'ampio giardino per godere di colazioni e cene con la vista del mare. Il Comprensorio è immerso nel silenzio e nel verde della macchia mediterranea,dall'appartamento e dal giardino si vede il mare e il risveglio tra il canto degli uccellini e il soffio della brezza marina regala al luogo un'atmosfera unica, si tratta di una vera isola nell'isola!
L'ottima posizione dell'appartamento, nelle vicinanze dell'area Piscina Bar con Ristorante Pizzeria, dove è possibile cenare in riva dello specchio d'acqua, consente di accedere facilmente al parcheggio (gratuito) e alla zona Minimarket Campi da tennis e Portineria.
•Servizi, ristorante,bar,... attivi da giugno a agosto, piscine di acqua dolce aperte fino a fine settembre circa, di acqua salata fino a metà settembre.
ANIMALI AMMESSI da SETTEMBRE a MAGGIO.

L'appartamento non è attrezzato ed equipaggiato direttamente per soggiornare, occorre provvedere autonomamente a saponi,detersivi,spugne,biancheria ecc vi è solo una piccola dotazione di oggettistica per le pulizie (mocio,scopa,secchio,…) .
L' appartamento è sempre sufficientemente fresco perché non esposto mai al sole diretto comunque per ogni evenienza sono presenti 2 termventilatori a colonna molto efficienti e silenziosi
.
L' appartamento non è adatto a soggiorni invernali perché non è dotato di impianto di riscaldamento ma sono presenti 2 termoventilatori a colonna caldo/ freddo per consentire maggiore comfort a soggiorni in primavera e autunno
