Ocean view spacious penthouse, best location in Playa Del Carmen

This incredible penthouse features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with new furnishings and modern conveniences.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TVs, DVD, great sofas for relaxation, and private penthouse with jacuzzi and amazing views.

Downstairs you´ll find the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed.

Upstairs there´s a huge bedroom (studio) with a king size bed plus a smaller bedroom with a queen bed.

In the common areas you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool that has a shallow area for kids, lounge areas and bar. A nice gym is also private to Magia and available for free use.

The location of Magia is between first street and the beach. You will be steps from the beach and from restaurants such as Negrosal, Diablito, Mosquito restaurant, etc.. Just 1 block from 5th Avenue!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sigurd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
