This home has been in our family since it was built in 1987, and it has undergone a $30K renovation in 2014-16. 2019 updates: Air Conditioners in all bedrooms. Air Co mini split installed in living room January 2019! Landscape refresh and privacy fence (deck side) planned for spring!

Linens and towels now included in cleaning/rental fee.

Set on a quiet, cul-de-sac street, this home is perfectly set in the middle of Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown, a perfect setting. Renovations include new window, paint, fixtures, furniture, beds and bedding, kitchen, dining and master floors, and window treatments.

We take great pride in our family home and welcome you to enjoy it and the Vineyard at large. The Neighborhood

This quiet neighborhood is home to mostly island residents. About 30% of the homes in the development are seasonal rentals. Very little traffic comes through Westminster Acres due to it's not being a pass-through street. Safe for children to play, ride bikes, and for you to walk with or without your pets. It's about a 2.2 mile drive to the triangle, about 3 miles to downtown Edgartown, and about 3 miles to State Beach.

Getting around

If you walk to the end of Windsor Drive, you can catch the #1 bus to Edgartown or to Vineyard Haven. Connect to other lines too!

Our home is best experienced with your own transportation. That said, a short walk to the main road (5 minute walk), you will find the VTA - Vineyard Transit Authority. This bus systems is well scheduled and inexpensive. Check the VTA website for maps and fares, which vary by season.
