Situato proprio di fronte alle più grandi e belle spiagge di Taormina, l'appartamento è ubicato al pianterreno di una villa ad un piano, immersa in un ampio giardino siciliano. Si trova in un punto facile da raggiungere e comodo per le escursioni: a meno di un chilometro dallo svincolo autostradale di Taormina, a 60 km dall'aeroporto di Catania, a 45 km dal porto di Messina e a 6 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Taormina Giardini Naxos.L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto, un bagno e di una cucina soggiorno. Il giardino con agrumi, ulivi, piante esotiche e pergolato di glicine è arredato con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e doccia esterna, ed è circondato da un antico muro ricoperto di buganvillee, entro il quale si trova il suo parcheggio privato chiuso da un cancello. L'appartamento, situato sul lungomare, si trova in un punto molto comodo da raggiungere e per partire per le escursioni, vicino a lidi, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, ogni genere di negozi e a 300 mt. dalla fermata dei bus che raggiungono in 10 minuti il centro storico di Taormina. Uscendo dal cancello del giardino vi è sia una spiaggia libera sia vari lidi attrezzati. La sabbia qui è di grana medio-fine con piccoli ciottoli vicino alla battigia e l'acqua particolarmente limpida. La casa giardino, con la sua privilegiata posizione sulla spiaggia e la tranquillità donata dal suo rigoglioso giardino recintato, è l'ideale per godere in pieno relax del mare e delle passeggiate nei magnifici panorami di Taormina, per le escursioni in barca e per praticare gli sport acquatici. Ha una posizione strategica per le escursioni in tutta la Sicilia Orientale (e dunque per l'Etna e il suo parco, le isole Eolie, Siracusa, la Valle dell'Alcantara con le sue gole e le cascate, la Valle dell'Agrò con i suoi centri medievali, i castelli normanni e le chiese bizantine etc.)

Located right in front of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Taormina, the apartment is surrounded by a large Sicilian garden. The garden with citrus trees, olive trees, exotic plants and wisteria pergola is furnished with table and chairs, loungers and outdoor shower, and is surrounded by an ancient wall covered with bougainvillea and closed by a gate, within which is located its own private parking. The apartment (located on the ground floor of a one a floor villa) is located on the waterfront close to beach establishments, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and all kinds of shops, and is 300 mt. from the bus stop, 10 minutes ( by bus or car) far from the historical center of Taormina, located on a hill. Coming out of the gate of the garden there are both a large public beach and different beach establishments. The sand here is medium to thin, with some small pebbles near the shore and the water is incredibly clear. The garden house, with its privileged location on the beach and the quiet of its flourishing fenced garden, is the ideal place to relax oneself and enjoy the sea and the walks around the magnificent views of Taormina, to make boat trips and to practice water sports. But it is also in a point very easy to reach, and convenient for excursions: it’s less than a kilometer from the highway exit of Taormina, 60 km from Catania airport, 45 km from Messina harbor and 6 km from Taormina-Giardini Naxos train station. It has a strategic position for excursions to all the Eastern Sicily (and so for Etna and its park, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse, the Alcantara Valley, with its gorges and waterfalls, the Agrò Valley with its medieval towns, Norman castles, Byzantine churches, etc.).
