The ONLY home on world-famous Jolly Hall Beach

1,800 sq. ft, 3BR/3BA luxury home on 1.8 acres overlooking exquisite Jolly Hall Beach, with white sand and calm, turquoise water. This is the ONLY residence on the beach. Includes private dock, gazebo, 600 feet of shoreline, and beach access.

Boat rental and captain available upon request for an additional charge.

You can find reviews and footage of Jolly Hall Beach on all the main travel sites, as well as YouTube and Facebook. This is the only residence on the beach.


Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, shower and bidet, plus access to the upper patio overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed and the third, with two single beds, share a full bathroom with a second Jacuzzi tub. There is cable TV in each of the three bedrooms.

The chef's kitchen is state-of-the-art with stainless-steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, even a waffle maker, plus a dining table with bar stools. There is a full bathroom with another Jacuzzi tub on this level, as well as a living area with cable TV, DVD and iPod speakers, and access to the lower patio. -

Travertine marble floors, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, free WiFi and washer/dryer. All linens are supplied.

This unique property has several luxury features to make your stay memorable:

Sunbathe on the private deck attached to the master bedroom suite.

Dine al fresco in the gazebo.

Use the private dock to moor your boat. For an additional fee, we'll arrange a private boat tour of the world-renown Exuma Cays.


Just a few steps from your door will take you to the gazebo with seating for twelve or more guests and a commanding view of Jolly Hall Beach, the bay, and beyond. You can moor your boat at the private dock. There is even an outdoor shower and water tap to rinse off the sand, conveniently located by your personal access point to Jolly Hall Beach.

The property is gated for your security, and includes free parking.

Response from the owner We are happy to hear that this guest enjoyed the fabulous location of our property, directly on the water and within steps of an amazing white sand beach! We regret that this guest did not contact us directly with any concerns during his stay, as we are always reachable and more than happy to address any concerns. My wife and I take the maintenance of our property very seriously. In this case, the guest reported during his stay that there were no problems and he loved the property. We have since confirmed that everything is in good condition, and nothing is broken. The propane and trash are taken care of regularly, and we are more than happy to address any issues that come up. We try to be good people and respect our guests, and this is the first negative reaction we have heard in years of managing the property.
