Description

Our apartment is nice all year around: enjoying the beach, differently in Summer and Winter, or visiting Lisbon and the nice cities of Sintra and Cascais.

It is just in front of the beach of S. Pedro Estoril, across Avenida Marginal. S. Pedro is an old and nice village in the Coast of Estoril.

The train station of S. Pedro, on the Lisboa-Cascais line, is at less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, making it easy to get to Estoril, Cascais and Lisboa.

Estoril and Cascais are well known for their beaches and sightseeing, coffee and ice cream shops, restaurants, museums, theaters, film festivals, shows and entertainment, namely the renowned "Casino of Estoril", besides golf, tennis and horse courts.

The distances from S. Pedro to points of cultural and tourist interest are excellent: 25 km to Sintra, 8 km to Cascais, 20 km to Praia do Guincho (great waves!), 25 km to Cabo da Roca (the most western point in Europe), and 25 km to Lisboa...

Public parking free in the area, with reasonable availability.

A small supermarket, Minipreço, just at the street behind our building, is very convenient and with good and affordable products and daily bread.

There are several restaurants around, even at the beach. They are good and open daily, for all day meals.

Getting around

Using public transportation, the best is to go by train to Lisboa, Belém, Estoril, or Cascais. The train station is very close to the apartment, at less than a 5 minutes walk. The station that serves our area is S. Pedro Estoril, on the Lisboa-Cascais line.

We welcome our guests personally at the apartment, and hand them the keys. During their stay, we will keep in touch by text , being responsive timely to our guests needs or questions.

Really nice meeting you!! A clarification: the best exit from the train, when carrying heavy language, is the westernmost, towards Cascais, with lift, 10 minutes away.. The one closer to our flat is the eastern exit, Lisbon direction, with stairs, at less than 5 minutes. Thanks again!

“Warm welcome and lovely apartment”

I booked this apartment for my parents to stay in during their vacation to Portugal. Prior to booking Anabel was so helpful and gave us so much useful information. On my parents arrival she helped them settle in and explained the local area, and what local attractions there were. The apartment was lovely and had all the facilities that my parents needed. It was close to the beach and had good transport links. Anabel really made their stay enjoyable, she is extremely friendly and explained everything really well.

Vijay and Sumitra, and their relatives, are very nice guests and it was a pleasure for me to have had the opportunity to meet them. They are very polite and courteous, with a great and easy communication. I felt they treated our flat with care and love, as their own, and left everything extremely clean. Their smiles and willingness to share will always be unforgettable to me. I definitely recommend them to other hosts, and dare to hope to meet them again sometime in future!
