Description
Quite often it is the views that really make a property so special, and this is certainly the case when you decide to stay at Villa Afrodite for your Sicilian holiday. This villa sleeps up to 11 guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 of them with en suites and a further bathroom for the use of all. Two more added beds for children up to 8 years old are available upon request only.
The villa is spread over three levels, providing an open plan ground floor with an elegant and spacious living area surrounded by glass windows overlooking miles of gently sloping countryside and of the Mediterranean Coast from Sampieri to Marina di Ragusa and Punta Secca. There is also a fully fitted modern kitchen with all comforts and facilities you could imagine and desire. Right out of the kitchen and the living area you will find one of the villa’s most stunning features – a huge panoramic infinity pool illumitated at night.
On the same floor the master double bedroom and a bathroom with jacuzzi and hydro-shower.
The first floor has got another two double bedrooms with en suites and panoramique views.
The lower level bears the fourth and fifth bedrooms with 5 more sleeps and two more bathrooms with shower. A wide covered games room with tennis table, a billiard table is at your complete disposal. Right on one side of the garden the tennis court and the shaded garage for up to 4 cars.
Located close to Ragusa and 15 km from Marina di Ragusa on the southern side of the island, the villa boasts a big green garden and a tennis court. You will also see a wide range of exotic plants. These will provide the perfect backdrop for your time spent round the swimming pool, or perhaps an evening meal in the garden.
At Villa Afrodite, you'll feel suspended between the blue Sicilian sky and the Mediterranean Sea, while surrounded by spectacular views. In spring, summer and autumn you'll sunbathe by the panoramic pool, open all year round, or relax in your personal hot tub. In winter, imagine of listening to some music or reading a book lazily laying on the comfortable sofa in the panoramic living area.
