Garden Cottage-between Assisi and Perugia. Visit the Green Umbria and relaxing.
Brand new House of 50 m² fully refurbished in 2011.
Private and free parking next to the House.
3 rooms, a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 Burner Stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Bathroom with bidet, shower, washing machine.
Air conditioning and TV.
Location: Torgiano, as you can see from the map, is a small village in the heart of Umbria and is an ideal place from which to explore this fascinating land.
It is advisable to utomobile.
How to reach us: Torgiano is reached:-from leaving the motorway A1 at Bettolle, continuing towards Perugia, exit E45 in Torgiano;
-from the South leaving the motorway A1 at Orte, continue towards Perugia, exit E45 in Torgiano;
-from the East leaving the A14 at Tivoli Etoile heading Roma-Perugia, exit E45 in Torgiano.
By plane you arrive at the airport of Umbria which is only 10 miles from Torgiano, and you can rent a car.

Events: spring is undoubtedly the most beautiful season in Umbria. The green of the valleys, the sunflowers, the brooms and poppies will be able to enjoy the luxury of contemplation. I hope.

Response from the owner Dear guest we regret very much if you did not find the location according to his expectations. The 'house' is located in a quiet corner of a small town as Torgiano; the location has the advantage of being ideal for visiting Umbria, in fact all the best villages are within a few minutes. The air conditioner is available and running throughout the house and the climate hasn't been particularly hot in those days. In addition everything in the house is as presented in the photos.
