Mountain Vista, with updated decor, linens and much more. Sleeping up to 11 persons, this rental home makes it a great choice for your family and friends. 2,900 square foot luxury home has year round mountain views and is close to hiking, swimming, fishing, golf, tennis, racquetball, a fitness center, grocery store and playground. This luxury home feature:

* Deck with seating and a Weber propane grill.

* Fully stocked kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, trash compactor, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, extra-large marine cooler, stainless steel cookware, bake ware, spices, glassware and trash bags

* Washer/dryer.

There is a dining area that seats up to ten. The queen master bedroom is on the main floor. There is a queen bedroom/sitting area with a shared bathroom and a second queen bedroom upstairs. On the bottom floor there is a queen bedroom and a (3) Twin Bedroom with a shared bathroom. The home has designer custom finishes with large picture windows and a an enclosed/screened in porch that has an outdoor dining area accommodating up to eight people and a wood burning fireplace. The rental also features:

Mountain Vista Rentals specializes in luxury homes within Big Canoe Mountain Resort at the base of the Appalachians. Big Canoe is a gated resort with 8,000 private acres and many amenities available within the resort without having to leave its gates.

Amenities include a $12MM clubhouse, 27 hole golf course, 16 clay and hard tennis courts, 3 lakes for fishing/boating, 4 swimming pools, fitness center, 7 restaurants, grocery store, chapel, post office, 3 wedding reception areas, 10 hiking trails (20 miles), 2 waterfalls, Marina, 2 Playgrounds, play fields, dog park and more. Close by are 5 Wineries, the Appalachian trail, outlet mall shopping and small town crafts only 10-30 minutes away.

All homes are new or newly renovated and many are within walking distance to the core amenities. Larger groups, corporate retreats, family reunions and wedding parties can be booked using multiple homes located in close proximity to one another to reduce traveling between each. All homes are resort level maintained, meticulously cleaned and enjoy luxury designer decor. Guests have access to all Big Canoe Amenities and do not have to be a member to participate in: Golf, Tennis & Pickle Ball, Boating, Fishing, Fitness Center, Outdoor Pool Systems. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
