Large, just renovated private townhouse belonging to an expat family residing in Bangkok and using it as their weekend get-a-away. Situated on a private and calm compound with shared pool and garden only 150 metres from authentic Khao Takiab beach this comfortable house consists of two large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Open-plan living and dining rooms and kitchen are fully equipped for a large family without forgetting three open space terrasses.

There is a lovely garden directly opposite the house for the use of Baan Thai Villa tenants. You can enjoy the swimming pool, garden seating, coffee shop, barbecue and swings for the kids.

Ideal for families spending time with kids and grand-parents or couples wishing to enjoy golf and beach holiday.

Our security staff at the entrance to the small street will ensure your safety 24 hours a day.

Just a short stroll (150 m)along the country lane will bring you to Khao Takiab beach, a super 7km stretch of wide beach with beach cafes, water sports, horse riding and of course, swimming. Climb up to the top of Takiab Hill for a spectacular view of the whole area.

Khao Takiab Village, a short walk away provides all necessities while Tesco, approximately 3km away sells all that you would expect from a supermarket. There is a handy 24/24 supermarket at the end of our small road for all essentials, water, milk etc. There is samlor/taxi rank at the end of the small street and public transportation nearby.

If you require anything special such as daily cleaning and laundry services or car transfers to and from Bangkok, we can help. Just let us know what you need!

For toddlers note there are several staircases in the house. Living room with adjoining dining room at lower level have no barrier, see pictures.
