Description

Gorgeous Romantic Apartment inside a magnificient historical very well maintained 18th century building with modern comforts, in the best area of Milan, right in the heart of the city.

It is ideally located for easy access to all of the many tourist attractions in Milan: the Duomo, Corso Buenos Aires, Piazza San Babila, Via Montenapoleone, the Fashion District the Art District (Brera), museums, touristic sites, big park Giardini di Porta Venezia and all kind of shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacies.

It is within walking distance to the Subway (Metropolitana) Porta Venezia and Palestro. Trams pass by regularly right outside the door. The area is lively during the day, quiet and very safe at night.

The apartment has been totally renovated keeping the original 18th century style. It is full of comforts, very private, tidy, clean, very comfortable and bright, with air conditioning, completely furnished with bed linen, towels, Full HD TV screen, all kitchenware, stove, oven, fridge, microwaves, hair dryer, iron, tea-coffee boiler,cabinet, table, chairs and High speed internet wi-fi connection.

Inside the apartment there are: 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom in Roman Style with shower, living room-kitchen and washing machine.

The bedroom faces the interior courtyard of the building so it is absolutely quiet.

The building is provided with reception-security (portineria) and elevator.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment .

I wanted something different for customers staying at my Apartment. Something like gravity doesn't have the same effect there – the weight of the world lifts from your shoulders as soon as you walk in the door. A place where you feel cuddled, a romantic shelter where you feel happy to come back after a day spent in the city. I named my apartment ROMANTICNEST.IT

On request we provide transportation from/to Airports Malpensa and Linate and from/to Central Station

Getting around

From my apartment you can reach all the main sights at a walking distance. You do not need any transportation. This is one of the reason guests love my apartment

The owner (Giancarlo) lives in the same building, just next to your apartement. So he will on hand during all your stay, respecting your privacy but being available for any questions.

Response from the owner I am so sorry that Mr. Soon did not feel comfortable but this is contraddictory to what he said when I was asking. He answered that everything was perfect. I am going to reply to his points: 1) the place in the lounge dining is comfortable and everything is in a perfect order. When Mr. Soon left everything was dirthy and congested in a terrible state; The shower is regular size and there are either a corner rack for soap and also a haning space behind the door. The whole apartment has been painted 6 months ago and every is immaculate as ALL ohter guests wrote. The bed il hypoallergenic certified. I think the big problem about this couple is that are very demanding and tightfisted. The sent me more than 30 email before coming asking me all kind of things and I was happy to answer and also they expected me to drive them to places with my car for free. I thank them for staying in my apartment but I do not recommend them to anybody
