This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2000 square foot house is set against the backdrop of your very own portion of the Fresno River. Enjoy the spectacular view and soothing sounds of a 25 foot waterfall from the expansive patio deck. Lounge under the shade of the beach umbrellas right at the riverside, or barbecue on the outdoor fire pit or on our patio propane grill.

A fully equipped kitchen with windows that overlook the waterfall comes with all the comforts of home: dishes, mugs, pots, pans, a coffee maker and press, crock-pot, waffle maker and much more!

The large family room with vaulted ceilings and vast picture windows is great for a family gathering, movie night or just relaxation. The dining and kitchen areas combine total seating space for 14. The patio dining area provides 6 chairs and a table.

With sleeping space for up to 15 people and ample parking for RVs or a boat, this picturesque location can make for a memorable vacation for the whole family or a serene getaway for a romantic weekend for two. Please ask about our individual rates.

The master suite on the first floor includes a comfortable queen size bed, a twin ottoman sleeper, a large walk in closet, private bathroom with jetted bath tub and door to the outside patio. The second floor has two bedrooms and shared full bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and bedroom three contains a twin size bed and full/twin bunk beds. There are two queen size sofa sleepers, a roll away twin bed, and a camping mattress in living area as well.

Amenities include central heat/AC, TV and DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, free WIFI, washer and dryer, board games, sport games and more! Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and iron are all provided.

The secluded home is located only minutes away from the center of Oakhurst, approximately 10 minutes to Bass Lake and 20 minutes to the South Entrance of Yosemite.
