Our house is a Guidador the 24 Hours since, so everything is safe and nothing is stolen. with private bath and 4 rooms with bathroom to share four rooms. Villa it escondida una hermosa parcela de 3 hectareas con un hermoso jardin de especies Nativas (añosos Coigues, robles, rauli y otras especies) distribuidos armonicamente en toda la propidad, un rio con una hermosa cascada de 8 mts de altura, piscina, prados etc que usted podra disfrutar en su integridad junto con el descanso y tranquilidad al estar en contacto con la naturaleza. La casona de madera it nativa lo que hace un ambiente muy acogedor, y para lo cual cuenta con confortables camas, calefaccion central, sala de estar con mesa de pool, sala de ejercicios, biblioteca y todos los sistemas de comunicacion. Se Compte con 4 habitaciones con baño privado y 4 habitaciones con baño compartido. Tranquilo and yet at the center. Our property comprises 30,000 m2 of terrain with park to relax. You can have absolute relaxation at the pool or the river runing across the property with a beautiful waterfall, where you can watch the fish or just read a book under one of our many big trees and still you can be in Villarrica in 10 minutes and in 20 minutes you can be in Pucon for a lovely dinner, shopping, casino or one of the many discothèques.
