In Provence area, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the charming house perched on the heights between oak trees and olive trees. Its large South facing terrace will please you with its panoramic view of Alpilles. The small village of Robion is 300 m away (you can go walking via the path in front of the entrance). Car not indispensable for shopping. The village offers a wood cooking bakery, a butcher, a grocery, a mini market as well as pharmacy. The land of the property is fenced via an electronic gate. If you like the good wines, there are so many wine cellars to taste excellent local wines and the house is equipped with a cellar in order to preserve them. You will be perfectly located to enjoy Luberon paths for hiking or mountain bike. For your comfort: large plasma screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player, Hifi, eight-ball game, muscle-development machines, games for children.
Electricity in addition according to consumption, in low season.
From third week of September until 1st week of June included.
Swimming pool opens from early April, the other months: on request.
