Community pool/club house, close to shopping and major intersections. 5 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. 8 miles to downtown Ft lauderdale/Las Olas Blvd. Sawgrass Mills outlets is a 25 min drive away. If casinos are your fun, The Isle casino and horse track is 5 miles away. South Beach Miami is a 45 minute drive down South I95. 2 Bedroom 2.5 baths. 2 story townhouse villa. 1590 sq ft of vacation space for you to enjoy. All check ins begin at 4pm.
