You can chill on the relaxing walk out balcony and enjoy the scenic ocean/city view or mingle with other vacationers in the gorgeous courtyard and pool. Perhaps, you would like to take an intimate walk on the beautiful beaches or indulge in delicious seafood nearby? Maybe you are a fisher looking for your next adventure! This condo offers all of this and more!

With 370 sqft of living space, you can comfortably sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Royal Orleans is a small and quaint complex that provides a coin-operated laundromat and communal BBQ grill.

Features include kitchen, bathroom, flat screen TV, comfy queen size murphy bed, futon and private balcony. Wireless Internet and steps away from white sandy beach.

The great thing about Redington Beach is the convenient distances to all the surrounding activities and establishments. You will find North Redington Beach 1 mile north and Madeira Beach 1.5 miles south.

Half hour drive from Tampa International Airport. 20 minute drive from Clearwater Beach. 15 minutes from St. Pete Beach. 10 minutes from Treasure Island. 5 minutes from Madeira Beach. 5 minutes from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk.

If you have a vehicle, you are no more than a 20 minute drive from various shopping malls, delicious local restaurants, adventurous fishing excursions and exciting outdoor sporting activities.

If you do not have a vehicle, thats okay! Suncoast Beach Trolley provides a public transit that runs north/south every 30 minutes along Gulf Boulevard between downtown Clearwater and Treasure Island for a $2 fare.
