Description

Our vacation dwelling offers you a very huge living room and 4 rooms with a one double bed each, a wardrobe and a little desk. A cod bed stands for the little guests in two of the rooms.

The kitchens-and you think here living quarter offers you not only a kitchen equipped fully with automatic dishwasher two eating areas with once 8 and once four places. A television set or a couple of party games make a peaceful evening possible for you if you should have of Berlin enough anyway.

Two bathrooms, one with big shower and bathtub, one only with shower make a stress-free morning possible also at a full occupancy.

400 EUR Deposit for eventually lost or damage.

Parking is free on the street.

Near to the citiy centers Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate about 30 minutes by public transport, you expect restful days away from the noise and nevertheless on the edge in the town.

Pankow itself offers nearby a great park Schloßpark (2 going minutes remotely) with the castle Schönhausen, the Bürgerpark and other sights.

There are many purchase possibilities nearby, for every taste there is something to it. Bakery 150m, Supermarkets 200m/500m/700m, Organic Food retailer 700m distance.

Die Kaution, derzeit 400 €, ist bei Übergabe fällig.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst stufenlos, sie ist jedoch nicht behindertengerecht.

Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich bietet Ihnen nicht nur eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Herd und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster sind natürlich auch vorhanden.

Hier befinden sich auch zwei Essbereiche mit einmal 8 und einmal sechs Plätzen. Ein Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder ist auch vorhanden.

Von der Küche gelangt man zur Terasse, diese ist ca. 25 m² groß.

Ein Fernseher und ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele ermöglichen Ihnen einen ruhigen Abend, wenn Sie doch von Berlin genug haben sollten.

Zwei Bäder, eins mit großer Dusche und Badewanne, eins nur mit Dusche ermöglichen auch bei voller Belegung einen streßfreien Morgen.

Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit je einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Schreibtisch oder einem Babybett für die kleinen Gäste ausgestattet.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in der fußläufigen Nähe reichlich. Bäcker in 100m, Netto in 300m , Rewe-Cnter in 800m , Denns Bio-Markt in 700m, Edeka-Center in 500m Entfernung.

Getting around

Public transport to the city-centers with bus 250 (station 250m),Tram M1 (station 400m) Last one needs 30 minutes to railwaystation Friedrichstrasse. From there you have short access to Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. Distances: Alexanderplatz 5,3 mi, Reichstag 6 mi, Mauerpark 3 mi. Ins Stadtzentrum gelangt man auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Hier verkehren die Buslinien 250 (alle 10 min.) - Haltestelle in ca. 250m, 150 - Haltestelle in ca. 200m und die Metrotram M1 - Haltestelle in ca. 400m. Diese fährt alle 15 Minuten direkt bis Bahnhof Friedrichstr. ohne umsteigen ca. 35 min. Fahrzeit. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es 8,5 km und zum Reichstag 10 km. Zum Mauerpark sind es nur 5 km. Zu den Haltestellen läuft man 2,3 und 6 Minuten.

“Spacious apartment”

The apartment was especially spacious, clean and the host was extremely welcoming. He even provided us with a Christmas tree and decorations for our family break in Berlin over the festive period. We enjoyed our time here immensely and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you!
