Villa 41 has fantastic sea view, sleeps 10, but can request 2 extra fold up beds (extra cost) located in a prestigious area in Albufeira, in Forte Sao Joao, 600 metres from the Forte S. Joao Beach, 800 metres from the famous Strip and 800 metres from the old town where all the restaurants, bares and clubs are. This villa provides magnificent sea views where you can enjoy a vacation in a a city and beach environment, in a relaxed atmosphere.
Refundable €900.00 security deposit is require if family members, if single parties groups and or under 27 years 150 euros, payable in cash upon arrival, this is refunded 24 to 48hrs after chek out.
Change over day is a Friday.
Check in time is from 4.00pm and check out time is at 10 am.

Response from the owner As property owner of villa 41 I would like to comment on review. The answer is late because the villa has been almost fully rented for the summer 2016 already in january, so we have not looked at the webside until recently. You have made a lot of complains in your review that have not been published, that is not in our control. And maybe all complaints were a way to disparage our villa as a vengeance because the breakage deposit was retained because you had to pay for all your damages to our villa. You knew the villa was a non smoking property. Every time vila management went to the villa there was a severe smell of some not very pleasant tobacco smell all over the villa and there were a considerable amount of burns from tobacco buds both inside and outside the property. The breakage deposit didn´t cover all the expenses incurred by you. To be robbed is defenetly nothing that is common in our area. It is very nice area close to the sea and most of the houses have alarms because the owners can afford that. And normally the thiefs avoid going into houses with alarms as they don´t know if it is on or not. Nevertheless we have a safetybox, so all of our guest should be safe about their belongings. All our guests are informed in our guestmap that the house has a safetybox. It is a pity that you didn´t use the safetybox. The heater for the swimmingpool is used during the colder summer season march to may and sep to oct. Normally the water is warm from the pure sunshine from june to august. There is also an electric restriction with the poolheater – the electricity isn´t enough for both the heater and all the six aircondition in the same time. If the temperature in the poolwater will be below 21 degrees Celsius, villa management will discuss solutions with the guests. Vila management, who is professionally renting out properties, is responsible for 13 properties and has never had such a bad customer as you. Of course you are not welcome to return to any of properties she looks after. That is of course also the reason why vila management’s temper was effected. Other reviews have just positive responses to Our vila management..
