Centrally located, 15 minutes to Carlsbad beach, Oceanside beach, 45 minutes to downtown San Diego, 1.5 hrs. from LA. Vista is known for its perfect year round climate.

This 1 bedroom apartment -- 600 sq. ft. guest house - is an attached unit with private entrance in a million dollar private estate home in Vista in a beautiful, quiet country setting. The owners (a married couple), live in the main house. The apartment has a large great-room (12' x 24') with kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with tub and shower. The living room sofa can convert to a double bed.

It comes with one parking spot right in front of the door and is located on a private road. There aren't any laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat nearby. Close to parks, tennis courts, grocery stores (Albertsons, Vons, Aldi, Frazier Farms), shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and easy access to HWY 78 and HWY 15.

Vista, Ca is a lovely semi-rural town only 40 minutes from San Diego and about an hour from Anaheim and 1.5 hrs from LA. This central location allows visitors access to the many attractions of Southern California. Only 20 minutes to Carlsbad and Oceanside beaches.

Guest Access

One bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, large great room with full kitchenette, private bathroom, private entrance, one parking spot included.

Interaction with Guests - We live in the main house and are here to answer your questions or provide information on the area. We will not intrude on your privacy and can communicate via text messages.

The Neighborhood - This is a peaceful country neighborhood but is close to every convenience such as movie theater, groceries, restaurants and parks.

Getting around - Car is required. Close to Hwy 5 and 15.

How do damage deposits work?
