Magnificent View with Flexible Bedding and Attractive Price

Top floor, one of a kind 2br/2ba villa with unobstructed ocean views at the front of the building with multiple lanais. King master bedroom; two twin or king guest bedroom; plus two sleeper sofas in the living room provide many sleeping options.

ABOUT THE VILLA
The Villa is on the top floor at the very front and unlike many of the other villas, has no neighbors on two sides allowing for extra privacy along with nice breezes.

The Villa has an expansive view of the Beach, Ocean, Lagoon Pool, Lap Pool and Koi Pond.

GOOD TO KNOW
Our property has a seven (7) night minimum stay requirement. We provide our guests with bed linens, along with bathroom and beach towels. The villa also has an assortment of beach toys and other accessories. Please look first before spending extra money on these items.

GUEST AMENITIES
As our guest, you have access to our beautiful beach, our lagoon pool, our lap pool, three hot tubs, beach bar, Wolf B-B-Q grills set beach side and at the back of the lagoon pool, fitness center, mens and woman's locker rooms with steam room and sauna, and our beautiful grounds. We also provide up to two parking spaces in our underground parking garage. Our kitchen comes fully equipped and includes full service for six, along with a coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, and includes such extras as a wine refrigerator. Our Sub Zero refrigerator also has a built in Ice Maker.

Nadia (my sister) will be here to greet you upon arrival at the front desk. She will assist you with check in and will show you how to operate the various amenities in your villa. She and mom (Buena) are around to answer any questions during your stay.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Start by swimming laps at the beach in the lagoon in front of our property.

Spend a few minutes relaxing underneath one of the many thatched palapas that dot the wide sandy beach, wiggle your toes in the sand.

If the kids are up, play a little football in the sand before heading up to your villa for breakfast. Fresh Papaya and Pineapple, breakfast pastries, Portuguese sausage, rice and eggs, followed by a latte and POG juice. The perfect Hawaiian breakfast.

On to the fitness center for some treadmill time and weight lifting or jog along the beach front path. As a reward, go and sit in the sauna and steam room, my favorite (Dad). Head off for a massage, perhaps a one and a half hour long hot stone massage, my favorite (Mom) at the Ihilani or call for an in-villa massage.

The rest of the family can visit the lagoon pool for some fun in the sun. Cruise by and visit the Beach Bar. Have the kids order Brain Freezes all around. Cherry with Passion Fruit, (Daughter's Favorite along with the Chocolate, or Son's favorite Mango.)

At lunch, take the path that runs along the ocean that connects the lagoons together and eat at Longboard's on Lagoon Three. The fish tacos and the pulled Kalua Pork sandwich are favorites. You could also head over to the new shopping center and order some sandwiches for the beach at the Island Country Market or eat at our local favorite, Monkeypod Kitchen.

After lunch, head back to the property for some snorkeling in the lagoon to see the colorful fish and to look for Tripod, our three legged sea turtle that frequents our lagoon. On the way back to your villa, stop by the front desk and setup some activities and restaurant reservations or head over to Costco, (one exit away, about five minutes) and pick up some USDA Prime Rib Eye steaks, Ahi (Tuna) steaks and shrimp. Marinate them in some Huli Huli sauce and grill them by the pool at sunset while enjoying drinks from the beach bar while the kids swim.

A great way to end the day.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION
There is an ocean front walkway that connects all four beach lagoons together. Walk along the wide promanade to restaurants, the luau, shopping, etc.

Rent a car at the airport as you'll want a car to tour around the Island. It's an easy drive to our property on the H-1 going West until it ends. Drive a little further until you see the freeway exist sign for Ko Olina. (Note that you won't be on the freeway any longer but still on the same road, you'll see the large freeway looking exit sign on the right for Ko Olina.)

Avoid driving during 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. If your flight arrives by 3:00 pm, your good to go. If it's after that time, spend the time having dinner or drinks in town first rather than in rush hour traffic. The food court or one of the restaurants at Ala Moana would be a great choice. Chai's Island bistro at the Aloha Tower for drinks and/or dinner with Hawaiian entertainment in the evening would be a great Island welcome.

Your rate includes two parking places at our property so no extra cost there.

We can then assist you with your car rental using our discount which will save you quite a bit of $'s.

Rates exclude taxes which are an additional 17%. This will be added to the rental agreement.

We are from Hawaii and know the local area well. Allow us to assist you in getting the most out of your Hawaiian vacation.

HOUSE RULES
The six guest maximum in our 2br is a resort rule. You may have up to two additional guests under the age of three. No Pets and no smoking. There is a $500.00 cleaning fee for violations. Departure cleaning is an additional $300.00 and is not included in the rate. Stays over ten nights require weekly cleaning at an additional $200.00 per week which will be billed separately. Weekly cleaning also includes exchange of your linens (sheets and towels). Housekeeping is available as frequently as every four days for $200.00 per cleaning which includes linen exchange.

Quoted rate is based upon number of guests booked in the reservation. If the number of guests staying at the property is greater than the number reserved, the applicable fee for the additional guests will be charged.

We will email you a copy of the rental agreement which you will need to sign. This will confirm your reservation with us. No surprises like showing up and not having a place to stay.

Our property is a relaxing and luxurious slice of paradise. Appropriate behavior is expected of our guests.

No pets and no smoking is enforced.
