Questo appartamento di 40 mq. è nel CENTRO STORICO di ALGHERO in una via tranquilla, a 1 passo dal MARE, dai BASTIONI e a 10 min a piedi dalla SPIAGGIA! E’ al primo piano di un edificio di antica tradizione. Confortevole e accessoriato con lavatrice, lavastoviglie,forno, tv, asciugacapelli....ferro da stiro..

LE CARATTERISTICHE
In uno degli angoli piu tranquilli e caratteristici, all'interno delle mura del centro storico di Alghero, é stato ristrutturato questo caratteristico bilocale con pietra a vista, secondo la tradizione. Si trova in posizione favorevole e unica a un passo dal mare, dai bastioni e passeggiata mare, 3 min. dal porto turistico, un passo dai ristoranti, caffé, giardin, negozi di antica tradizione e artigianato locale e a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia del Lido.
Inoltre, Riservato beach bar é una incantevole insenatura a 3 minuti a piedi dagli appartamenti con piccolo stabilimento balneare. Seminascosto sotto le mura, difficile immaginare cosa troverai in fondo alla breve scalinata, sia per trascorrere una piacevole giornata di mare, che per un drink serale. Un piccolo paradiso dall'acqua cristallina.
Se alloggerai qui ne apprezzerai la tranquillitá, pur essendo immerso nel folklore e nella tradizione. E a pochi passi da casa, sulla passeggiata dei Bastioni, potrai spaziare con lo sguardo fino all'orizzonte alla scoperta dello scenario che ti offre il promontorio di Capo Caccia, attraverso un mare cristallino dai colori blu/smeraldo.

Grazie alla posizione strategica dell’appartamento é possibile visitare le spiagge attorno come Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Maria Pia, Mugoni, il NORD della SARDEGNA, i paesini vicini come Stintino, Bosa, Castelsardo, la spa Coghinas e il golf club a 5 km. Dal porto si puo partire per visitare l'isola dell' Asinara e le Grotte di Nettuno. Molto interessanti il NURAGHE Palmavera a Alghero Fertilia e Necropolis di Anghelu Ruju, sulla strada verso Porto Ferro, dell'era nuragica e prenuragica. Paesaggio storico a magnifico sfondo di spiagge rocciose e di sabbia, con eucalipti e pini marittimi ......e tanto altro ancora.
Un buon servizio di rete pubblica vi permettera' di esplorare l'area.

It is on first floor of a building with an ancient tradition. Comfortable and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, hairdryer ...iron....

In one of the most peaceful and characteristic corners, within the walls of the historic center of Alghero, this characteristic two-room apartment with stone at sight has been renovated, according to tradition. It is located in a strategic and unique position 1 step from the sea, from the ramparts, 3 min. walk from the tourist port, a step away from restaurants, cafes, gardens, traditional shops and local crafts and a 10 min.walk from the sandy beach of Lido.
Furthermore, Riservato beach bar is a charming cove 3 minutes walk from the apartments with a small bathing establishment. Half hidden under the walls, it is difficult to imagine what you will find at the bottom of the short staircase, whether for a pleasant day at the beach or for an evening drink. A small paradise with crystal clear water.
If you stay here you will appreciate the tranquility, while being immersed in folklore and tradition. And a few steps from home, on the Bastioni promenade, you can wander up to the horizon to discover the scenery offered by the Capo Caccia promontory, through a crystalline blue / emerald sea.
EXCURSIONS
Thanks to the strategic location of the apartment, it is possible to visit the NORTH of SARDINIA, the nearby villages such as Stintino, Bosa, Castelsardo, the Coghinas spa and the golf club 5 km away. From the port you can leave to visit the island of Asinara and the Grotte di Nettuno. Very interesting are the NURAGHE Palmavera in Alghero Fertilia and Necropolis by Anghelu Ruju, on the road to Porto Ferro, of the Nuragic and Pre-Nuragic era. Historic landscape with a magnificent backdrop of rocky and sandy beaches, with eucalyptus and maritime pines ... and much more.
A good public network service will allow you to explore the area.
