NOW OR NEVER is a 2 BD/2 BR 1132 sqft condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort in Holiday Isle of Destin. This condo is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. The condo is situated on the ground floor and is just across the street from the beach. Sandpiper Cover has many amenities perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

COMMUNITY & BEACH

Take a boat ride from the resort for $10.00 per person to any dining establishments along the Destin harbor, or a short walk to a relaxing day at the beach.

DINING & SHOPPING

With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons, with many nationwide brand names, movie theaters, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This large 2-bedroom condo includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to the back patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a semi-private bathroom. The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group, whether relaxing or preparing a snack from a day at the beach.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don’t feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. A stacked washer and dryer for your convenience is tucked away just off the kitchen. And as you glide through the lazy days of summer, take in the warm breeze on the private patio.

OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR

Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze.

PARKING

Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN

There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
