Book a vacation home, comfortable, luxurious & very welcoming, equipped with all the amenities & a sense of 'being at home' you can never expect from a hotel room.

The property backs up on the National Forest with views of Big Bear's major ski resorts. the house has HDTV, spa, propane bbq and a wood burning stove. The yard is big. There is a horseshoe pit and RV hook ups. Great anytime of year.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Queen (Main Level)

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed -Twin up top, Full on the bottom with pull out hide-a-twin underneath (Upper Level)

Bedroom 3: King (Upper Level)

Master Bedroom: Queen (Upper Level)

Living Room: Pull Out Couch - Queen (Main Level)

For the Christmas thru New Years holidays the rate that Im requesting is $500/night base which equals approximately $625/night not counting the security deposit.

Additionally on holidays I try and rent the property for a minimum of 3 nights.
