Description
The holiday apartments of Il Granaio ' can be found in the countryside at about 6 km from the beach. Built in the early ' 900, as stable with adjacent barn were then used for the storage of grain. In 1999 the premises have been completely restored and transformed into spacious terraced houses, leaving intact the original architectural features such as the large arches of the attics, the brick walls to face-views and unique French doors rounded, reminiscent of the ancient structure's destination.
In 2003 the restructuring was completed rebuilding the barn and turning it into comfortable apartments in the typical Tuscan style.
The latter are composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, a cooker with four cooking plates, a German coffee, Italian coffee and a fridge with separate freezer compartment.
Through a hallway leads to a bedroom furnished with a double bed in wrought iron. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, parasol and sun lounger.

Response from the owner SONO ALLIBITO! Come si può sorridere ad una persona, stringerle la mano, accettare una bottiglia di vino, salutarsi cordialmente e poche ore dopo lasciare un simile commento? A me sembra della cattiveria gratuita: il Granaio è esattamente come sembra, corrisponde perfettamente alle foto del nostro sito! 1) La nostra struttura è in CAMPAGNA (come si evince dal sottotitolo della nostra pag. web), abbiamo una sottopagina "come raggiungerci" con tanto di mappa con la nostra posizione, Google maps ecc. La distanza dal "centro" era NOTA E MANIFESTA! 2) Siamo immersi nel verde e nella natura e, anche se per alcuni potrebbe essere un valore aggiunto, garantisco che i nostri appartamenti NON sono dotati di TOPOLINO da compagnia, plausibilmente attirato da tracce di cibo accidentalente cadute a terra DURANTE IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO: alla consegna l'appartamento era pulito, profumato e privo di roditori. 3) Il ping pong e la palestra sono situati in un vano seminterrato con rispettivamente due e tre finestre (vedi foto sito). Nel nostro seminterrato NON sono presenti tracce di muffa. Probabilmente chi ha usato gli ambienti prima di voi NON ha arieggiato i locali, da qui il maleodore: bastava aprire le finestre! 4) Il commento sui VECCHI E TEDESCHI lo trovo davvero fuori luogo, falso, non pertinente e anche un po'razzista: nel vostro periodo i 2/3 degli ospiti erano più giovani di voi. Infine non vi preoccupate per i 40 euro di pulizie finali che avreste dovuto pagare e NON avete pagato (come da accordi), ve li abbuono volentieri, anche se l'appartamento non è stato lasciato pulito. La nostra struttura non è perfetta, tutto è sempre migliorabile e noi siamo aperti a consigli e critiche costruttive. Noi svolgiamo il nostro lavoro con passione ed amore e spero che i nostri appartamenti rispecchino questi sentimenti. Fernando Bruno
