Description
La Villa Canaille est une maison type 3, indépendante, sans vis à vis ni mitoyenneté, avec un grand jardin entièrement clos et privatif offrant une belle vue sur le Cap Canaille. Située très au calme au cœur du vignoble Cassidain, elle est à proximité immédiate du village et des plages (900m) qui sont accessibles à pieds (15 minutes) ou à vélo.
Entièrement rénovée, climatisée, la Villa Canaille est équipée tout confort pour 4 couchages (2 adultes et 2 enfants, possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé), avec 2 chambres indépendantes.
Une terrasse sur toute la longueur de la maison couverte par une pergola vous permet de profiter de la très belle vue sur le Cap Canaille.
Le jardin (gazon et arbres fruitiers), d'environ 1000m² est entièrement clos et fermé par un portail indépendant, vous pourrez y stationner. Le jardin est idéal pour les enfants, le farniente au soleil, un terrain de pétanque est à disposition. Selon la saison vous pourrez profitez des arbres fruitiers (abricots, prunes, figues, cerises, pommes).
La Villa Canaille est classée meublés de tourisme***, à ce titre la taxe de séjour est de 2€16 par adulte et par jour conformément la législation française, elle est perçue par le propriétaire et reversée à la Mairie.
Nous proposons l'option linge de maison 15€ par personne payable à l'entrée dans les lieux, elle comprend 1 drap de bain, 1 serviette invité, 1 gant de toilette/personne + tapis de sol SDB + torchon
