Guest Access: You'll be given the keys on check-in. If arrival is after hours keys will be left with Security or our nearby manager will check you in. Guests will be given a key to the front gate, to the kitchen door and to the bedroom they are occupying. It's a 200 meter walk to Canggu Deli, 1 km walk to Brawa Beach and Finns Beach Club, 300 meter walk to Finns Rec Club. The villa has a local phone for you to use to book taxi's or restaurants. 24 X 7 Professional Security.

Interaction with Guests: Not at all except by email to assist in setting up the booking - we live outside Bali, but our house maid (hours 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) is very discreet and will only interact if invited to engage in conversation. She's a star and is available or baby sitting services and cooking (separate arrangement) and is much loved by our guests. We have Australian managers who reside in Bali but they will only drop in upon or just after check-in to see if all is ok or if you need any local information.

The Neighbourhood: Villa Rajawali is around the corner from Canggu Station Deli where all sorts of food goodies (including Hagan Daaz ice-cream!) and ATMs can be sourced. Spa/massage/mani-pedi next door, as well as restaurants close by. 5 minute ride to Batu Belig will get you to a plethora of choices for restaurants and warungs and we detail those in our villa guest guide. A 7-10 minute ride to Seminyak ($3 USD taxi ride) gets you to multiple restaurant & bar choices as well as some fabulous shopping . Villa Rajawali is very close to the Canggu Deli, Finns Recreatopm Club and Canggu Plaza (and not to be confused with another villa of similar name further north near Tabanan).

Getting around: Taxis are reliable and will arrive at the villa 10 minutes after booking. Drivers are in uniform and speak English. Our maid will call one for you or you can use the villa phone to call one yourself. Alternately we can arrange to hire a car and driver for your duration or on alternate or specific days. Of course, you can always rent a motorbike if you're brave! Private parking available immediately outside the villa door.

Other Things to Note: We are Australian/American owned and managed and we operate the villa to high international standards of cleanliness. We have 24 x 7 security at the perimeter gate and daily house staff.

We are a fully legal/ licensed (IMB and Pondok Wisata) and tax compliant villa.

From CP, Melbourne: Well, we have just returned and are all very relaxed - although missing Eka and the weather very much. This place was fantastic. Good value for money and close to a handful of restaurants and deli. A 5 minute walk to the Canggu club, which is worth a visit. Another couple of minutes past the Canggu club, is another world of restaurants. We tried the Vietnamese and Mexican, which were both great value. Eka made us feel so welcome, doing a little shopping for us and cooking breakfast each morning. She also kept the place sparkling! The pool was great. It is a good 10 minute drive from Seminyak - so a driver is needed for the day if you choose to shop. There is also security at the front of this property, however, Canggu had a safe feeling. Overall a fantastic first trip to Bali.

From “jagnan” San Diego: We rented the villa for 11 days over Christmas and New Year. A driver, house cleaning, breakfast, Wifi and access to Canggu Club (workout facility) were included in the rental price.

The villa is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. The villa is quite new and the rooms are very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. All rooms are equipped with a very quiet air conditioner, a safe and all have their own bathrooms. My family especially loved the surprisingly big pool and spent many hours lounging in it. I had requested mosquito nets and the owner, Fiona, kindly obliged. The villa is secluded and private, ensuring a quiet and relaxing vacation. Four excellent restaurants and a well stocked deli/supermarket were less than a minute walk away. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to please us. They inquired daily on what we would like for breakfast and cooked anything we wanted. They even washed and ironed our clothes. Only one problem came up, which was promptly resolved by the manager to our satisfaction. The driver was also a gem. He spoke English, was very knowledgeable, gave many helpful tips and showed us around this beautiful island.

Canggu is not as busy as the other tourist areas and we loved that it had a more laid back feel to it. Overall, Villa Rajawali exceeded our expectations and made our Bali vacation one of our best vacations. We will definitely rent it again when we go back to Bali.

From Adelaide: The service here was fantastic. It is the happy medium between staying in a hotel and staying in house. There was someone there every morning to take care of our breakfast and do a general tidy up. We had a driver who was fantastic, spoke very good english, was able to strike up conversation with him without to much of a language barrier. He was very knowledgeable about Bali and all the different sites.

The villa was great. Such a huge amount of space that if you go with your family you can easily escape outside or into one of the three bedrooms which all overlook the pool and garden. Everything was comfortable and homely which made it all the much harder to leave.

It is in a great location, there is a deli, Canggu club and some great restaurants all within walking distance. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have the peaceful holiday I was hoping for and close enough to Seminyak and Kuta to still fill the vibrant energy that Bali has to offer.

It was a great place to stay. I will be definitely going back to stay here. I had such a great time, the staff were beautiful, kind and helpful. If we had any questions it was easy to ask and find out. It was just great! Would recommended it to everyone.
