Description
The place is actually an old house in the calm center of its block, and the studios are built on its roof. Each flat is composed by one open space that can accomodate any need, from working, eating, cooking, to even entertaining and lounging, thanks to its arrangeable furniture. You can arrange the setting that meets your particular needs mixing table, sitting and lounging areas according to the number and ages of visitors and their activities.
There is a kitchenette with all the basic items and more to make yourself a nice meal. There is a full bathroom with closet and a mezzanine that holds the sleeping area that can be arranged into one king size or two twin beds.
The space enjoys lots of natural light and ventilation. The electrical lighting and connections are also flexible to your needs. There´s cable TV than can be seen from either side and speakers that work through a mini-plug connection.
It has a private terrace where you can take the sun but also, the building has a common terrace in the top roof, shared with other guests and residents, where you would be able to meet new people or appreciate an astonishing view of the Expiatorio Temple.

“Comfortable :)”
I stayed for 3 nights. It was very comfortable. Miguel is a doll and helped with everything. Could use a paint touch up but other than that I would stay again.
