Description

This property is newly on the market and is the 2nd City retreat Edinburgh its location is 3 minutes walk to St andrews Square and 5 minutes walk to the Waverley station. It has been tastefully designed by an award winning Designer . it is a mews property in an exclusive area of the city centre. We very close to the playhouse and trendy Stockbridge area. There are some amazing restaurants and bars on our doorstep. We are close to all amenities and minutes from the trams coming from the airport so very accesable by both care train bus or trams . Parking nearby is pay and display between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Wow factor of this property is the New York room it is both tasteful and unique the french lounge and the swiss cottage are both comfortable and chic . individually designed with all the comforts of a hotel room, hairdryers wifi and flat screen televisions s in all rooms
